Patrick Murray of Monmouth University responds to criticism of the poll finding that public sentiment favors Gov. Christie’s education reform package:
There is widespread support – 77% in fact – for changes to the tenure system that would make it easier to dismiss underperforming teachers. Here are some interesting facts about that statistic. These changes to tenure are supported by a whopping 71% of teacher households and 73% of those who actually approve of the current tenure system.
Criticisms came in large part from Blue Jersey, Jersey Jazzman, and Dr. Bruce Baker of Rutgers.

The criticism was about how Murray used colloquial and inaccurate language to describe tenure, thus giving a misleading conclusion about what New Jerseyans actually think.
Your summary misses the point of discussion you are reporting about.
There's no summary, Bill: I simply quoted Patrick Murray.
Yes, you quoted Patrick Murray summarizing responses to misleading & factually incorrect questions. Further, prior polls show that it does indeed matter how you phrase the question:

You are right, you did not really summarize or analyze. You simply quoted, selectively.
