Newsday reports that the State Superior Court has refused to dismiss the State’s challenge to the lavish severance package of former Keansburg Superintendent Barbara Trzeszkowski. Trzeszkowski had formally requested that the Court dismiss the suit.

Anne Milgram, Attorney General of New Jersey, has filed suit to recover $560,000 of Trzeszkowski’s $740,000 payout from Keansburg, an Abbott district overseen by the DOE.
