The showdown in Wisconsin over fringe benefits for public employees boils down to one number: 74.2. What do you want to see happen with regard to public schoolteachers and te strength of their unions? Do you think there is any validity to their claims to need the rights their union membership earns them? What do you think would happen to the quality of people going into teaching if the career DID have similar benefits to private sector jobs?
